All Roskilly’s Fudge is made only with the milk and cream from their own Jersey cows. Roskilly's refine their own organic milk to make the condensed milk, and boil this with their clotted cream to make fudge, crumbly in texture and melt in your mouth.
Sugar, Wheat Syrup, Clotted Cream (Milk), Condensed Skimmed Milk, Fondant (Sugar, Glucose, Water), Salt 1%, Natural Caramel Flavour 0.3%
